I ordered this for my sister and she loved it, fits perfect in her living area, and the flames look very real, she said that she can get warm just watching it, it came in a gift bag, which was made out of a nice burlap I think, she loved that as well, donated it too the fire house in her area for a Santa Sack for the kids this Christmas, great price , and she loved it, very happy, thanks Amazon,

The heater arrived in good time, unharmed. The design is perfect. Good looking, easy to operate (I use it in my B&B), light to carry and the noise it makes is gentle enough to put me to sleep! Bought two floor tiles to stand it on, just for safety sake.

I LOVE real fireplaces, unfortunately there is none in my house. The house faces north, and even though the climate is pretty mild, it gets quite cold here on some winter days. I am generally not fond of anything fake, and find the very concept of ANY imitation simply tacky... however, since in this case, the 'real thing' is not an option, I had to make an exception to the rule. Thankfully, this little fake fireplace is surprisingly impressive, and I have been very happy with it. It looks and feels amazingly real and cozy, and it generates right amount of heat (I keep it on high setting). I got two units, one for bedroom, and one for living room, and could not live without them in the winter... as a matter of fact, I probably use them more, than I do the central heating... The first unit is more than three years old, and still going strong. The only thing I had to do for maintenance was replacing a bulb, which took all of five minutes. Would buy another one in a heartbeat, and definitely recommend very highly!

This product is alright--it looks nice and puts off an okay amount of heat. However, the stove makes the basement smell bad when running. I hope that the smell will go away over time, the product is still really new. As of right now, I don't like to run it because I know the basement will stink in about 30 min after turning the stove on.

My family and I love it. We got it for our toyhauler. Makes it so cozy. Size is perfect. Gives out plenty of heat too. And whats great is you can choose if you want the heat on or off. I definitely recommend!!!
